OUR COMPANY CERTIFICATIONS
Complying with world class practices has always been a priority for MARKA-QOLOR. We not only have accomplished some of the most prestigious quality, environmental and social certifications, we have also developed a few programs of our own
ISO 9001:2015 Certified System
We are certified since January 2018 in the new version ISO 9001:2015. Twice a year we are visited by an external auditor that inspects our quality management system, ensuring we follow strict International Standards for quality. Based in Switzerland, ISO (International Organization for Standardization), is arguably the most prestigious quality certification system.
Sustainability Program
We are proud of our sustainability program. Every year we are committed to building on this program. From over 10% of our workforce being people with intelectual disabilities, or our famous fishing trip to feed the homeless, we are continously building a strong foundation in this area.
Vegetable Inks Standards
All inks used at MARKA-QOLOR are 100% Vegetable Based and free of any toxic heavy metals. We also have a strict traceability program, that tracks and documents every shipment of ink to our factory, identifying lot, date, and expiry date. Once a year we send out samples of our ink to external laboratories to inspect our inks and ensure compiance to our strict environmental.
Forest Stewardship Council® / FSC®
The Forest Stewardship Council® -FSC®- is a nonprofit organization that works to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods. They have a strict certification program, that ensures companies comply to responsible purchasing practices of paper products made by mill that have responsible environmental practices. We are proud to be a FSC® certified printer.
